After 10 days of pulling their 45kg sledges, camping on ice, bracing themselves against -15 degrees temperatures and conducting experiments for the European Space Agency, 10 teenagers aged 15 to 17 have returned from Greenland - and they feel more confident and ready for life than ever. 

A study published in the Journal of Religion and Health by Columbia University has shown that spirituality is tied to character traits such as grit and persistence and to happiness as a whole.
