A study published in the Journal of Religion and Health by Columbia University has shown that spirituality is tied to character traits such as grit and persistence and to happiness as a whole.

What do you do when you’re procrastinating? What do you wish you were doing when you’re at school, work or studying? What if you had time to pursue these things during your normal working days? Would that make you more productive and happy?

We all cringe a little bit at dad-jokes, and I'm sure every school had at least one teacher who always made witty comments and used so-terrible-it's-funny puns in their classes, but does humour in the classroom help?
